Gordon Museum

A museum of pathology

Category Medical Museums, Repositories of Knowledge

This museum is part of the medical school at Guy's Hospital. It is one of the world's largest collections of pathological specimens (ie preserved diseased organs) as well as anatomical and surgical wax models. A highlight of the museum are the seventeen surviving anatomical models by Joeseph Towne.

It is not open to the general public, but can be visited by medical and dental professionals by prior arrangement.
