Jim Warfield has turned this former inn into a whimsical house of tricks and scares. Building all of the contraptions in his home himself. Jim hosts tours of the house which include a creepy wine cellar and various tricks and gags he has built into the home. Keep your eye out for a slide from the attic through the house to the lower floors.

It is Mount Carroll Illinois not Arkansas in the heading. -
I LOVE this place. I grew up about 20 minutes away from Mt. Carroll and made it to Raven's Grin as often as possible (I even made it into one of Jim's stories!). Jim's always updating the building and his "opening monologue," so each experience is fresh and new. You should definitely check it out if you're in the area.
