This statue honors one of the heroes of Boulder Dam. Alabam was one of few who kept the outhouses (for around 7,000 workers at the dam site) clean and stocked.
Proudly standing in downtown Boulder City, this beautifully designed monument is worth a visit. With his broom over his shoulder and bandolier of toilet paper, it’s a great photo opportunity.
