Formerly known as The Pavek Museum of Wonderful Wireless, The Museum of Broadcasting houses a rich collection of vintage broadcasting equipment for both radio and television. Also included are hundreds of original television and radio receivers from the dawn of broadcasting. A special collection highlights 125 years of audio recording technology. And perhaps, most fun of all, children have the opportunity to use an authentic 1960s era studio to make their own radio broadcasts.

Wonderful place.the studio was just like the one at the college station i worked at in 1965, WBWC, lots of old gear from the stations around Minneapolis and "new in box" radio kits that i wish i could have bought when i was a kid.military radios, huge speakers, mechanical record changers that flipped the disc over and as they say--much-much more.it's out of the way in a low storage looking building with a side door but once in expect to stay for hours..very nice staff that will show and explain everything in great detail.
