A gorgeous example of 13th-century Gothic architecture.

Elegant, beautiful, and solemn, this Gothic basilica church is located in the oldest part of the historic center of Verona.

The church is from the 13th-century and the complex was in the center of political, noble, and everyday life of Verona throughout the centuries. It still plays an important role and is surrounded by other historic hotspots.

The complex and the church are very well kept. From outside, the bricks are soft colored under the sunlit of the day. Inside is where the true beauty lies. The interior is open, magical, and colorful, but soft and elegant–light seems to float throughout the church. Various works of art are also located inside the church.
