i tried to visit the clock tower at 108 leonard street on november 7th around 2 pm. the guard didnt know what i was talking about at first. seems only building employees and their guests can see the clock. we were turned away. suggested to return during the week. the building is mainly used for the payment of motor traffic violations and bloomie has an office there. NO PHOTOGRAPHY ALLOWED! so tourists beware, not citizen friendly.
