This is your opportunity to learn about chocolate in all it's delicious beverage forms directly from a chocolate maker! We'll cover a brief history of cacao, followed by a demonstration of chocolate drink making and tasting with tips on how to do this at home. Then we'll discuss how to taste and how to improve your ability to evaluate fine craft chocolate.
We'll meet at the Intrigue Chocolate and Coffeehouse on Capitol Hill. This is an after-hours event to ensure we have plenty of room around the bar and a quiet space to learn and discover.
Hi. I’m Aaron, a member of the Atlas Obscura community.
I make chocolate in Seattle! Intrigue Chocolate Co has been in business for over 14 years. We've won awards at regional chocolate festivals, taught classes and team building events all across the city, and delight hundreds of customers a day between our chocolate boutique in Pioneer Square and our Coffeehouse on Capitol Hill. I love teaching people about chocolate!
