As of today, the guide includes some 750 unique places to eat and drink, and we add to it every week. (Some of the best additions come from our readers. So if you know about a place that every food adventurer should visit, please add it!) But each member of the Gastro Obscura team has their favorites: places we either visited and loved, or aspire to visit one day. Here, you’ll find 20 staff picks, ranging from a volcanic pizzeria to an auto shop slinging al pastor tacos. We hope you love them as much as we do.
