On the side of the road, a small grave sits next to an oak tree that is slowly pushing the headstone over. The gravestone’s inscription reads: “Jimmy — a tiny marmoset August 16, 1937. There isn’t enough darkness in the world to quench the light of one small candle.”
Not much is known about Jimmy, but the marmoset was a companion to an eccentric local lady who adored him and took him everywhere. There are often flowers laid there, even to this day which creates quite a fascinating mystery.
