Blaise Hamlet is an amazingly quaint and twee hamlet of nine individual cottages around a small green. Designed by John Nash, they were built around 1811 for retired employees of John Harford, who owned Blaise Castle House a couple of hundred meters away.
Know Before You Go
Free entry. Just walk around the houses. You can park on the road just outside. Just bear in mind that people actually live in these houses.
Blaise castle nearby has a great play park for kids and a museum of 17th c. toys and tools.
