About

This unassuming shop is home to what claims to be the largest rock and mineral store in the American west. It's full of natural rocks, gems, crystals, shells, and fossils you can view or buy, as well as a beautiful amethyst room where you can see all sizes of these pretty gems.

The staff is very knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions you might have on any rock type. There are both polished and shaped items including jewelry and bookends as well as raw gems and minerals. Prices range from collectors items in the thousands to smaller stones for just a few cents.

The Rock Shop is perfect for an educational outing for families, or a spot to while away a quiet afternoon in search of the perfect find. Everyone from dedicated rockhounds to interested newbies should plan to spend ample time, there is a lot to see!
