About
Built in the 15th Century as a graveyard and memorial chapel for those who died from leprosy, this small chapel and its quiet, tiny cemetery is now neglected and overgrown with weeds. The sparse remains of a 17th century ossuary can be found in a small enclosure behind the chapel.
After the Second World War, the chapel was repurposed as a memorial to local soldiers that died in the war, and most of the grave markers reflect that time period.
