Little Neck Cemetery is one of the oldest continuously used cemeteries in the country.
The graveyard marks the final resting place of such famous and historic figures as Elizabeth Tilley Howland, one of the passengers of the Mayflower, and the first English mayor of New York City, Captain Thomas Willett.
Little Neck Cemetery was founded in 1655, and is located on Bullock Cove. The cemetery and the surrounding area is well known for being one of the more scenic places in the area.
