About

In remote North Haven, Maine, thousands of rugged, emerald-hued shells pepper the waterbed below, where fresh pond water meets the salt water of the inlet. Since 1999, North Haven Oyster Co. owners Adam and Michelle Campbell have harvested these tasty oysters off the coast of Maine.

Not only the high-quality and gorgeous nature of the oysters have attracted visitors for decades, but the remote, stunning island landscape makes North Haven one of the most intriguing culinary sites in the state.

Sign up for a standard farm tour and take a barge ride along the pond, take an owner-led shucking lesson, and enjoy all the oysters you can eat. Spring for the deluxe tour and experience the same VIP treatment that celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay enjoyed when he visited the farm for the National Geographic show, Uncharted.
