About

Gary Pendergrass is a retired home remodeler turned folk art sculptor. He has filled his suburban Wichita side yard with charming and fantastical steampunk and retro sci-fi inspired scenes and characters of his own creation, using whatever materials he has at hand: scrap metal robots and birds, Steampunk Abe Lincoln, elephants and dragons, boats and rockets, anything one might imagine and more one never could.

Gary Pendergrass’ art has also been displayed at the Grassroots Art Center in Lucas, Kansas.
