Valle Verzasca

Natural wonder hidden in the Ticino, Italian canton of Switzerland. The transparent waters of Verzasca river have amazing emerald green color. But even more astonishing is to see the smooth polished rocks as the river banks.

Cross the river by the picturesque double arches natural stone bridge Ponte dei Salti in Lavertezzo village. And for extreme sport lovers - drive 9 km and you will reach Verzasca Dam where you can bungy jump ( this dam is filmed at the opening scene of James Bond’s “Golden Eye”).
