About

A miracle of modern architecture and urbanism, the roof of the University of Warsaw Library (BUW) is still a hidden secret.

Located near Copernic Science Center, the library is a modern and respectful building in the Polish capital, and its roof one of the most wonderful green areas in Poland. Visitors can go for a walk around the building where they can look through the windows and see students reading and doing their homework.

Sunset at the library presents a wonderful view of the sunset over the city and the colorful city stadium, PGE Narodowy, the house of the national football team can all be seen. Visitors can also enter the library and visit the Gallery of Polish Posters, an exposition of historical communication pieces including political propaganda, culture, and activism.
