Hidden within the small remote village of Yufuin, visitors will discover a unique enclave that looks totally out of place.

The Yufuin Floral Village is designed to resemble the Cotswolds area of England. The village features classic architecture and incorporates Beatrix Potter’s, The Complete Adventures of Peter Rabbit throughout the park.

The family-friendly environment makes this a great place to bring the entire family. Several scenes from the Harry Potter series were filmed throughout the village. At the center of the village is a duck pond, along with the Peter Rabbit animal garden; home to various species of Japanese and English plants. There are also enclosures for other animals dotted around the village such as squirrels, owls, cats, and rabbits.

The village also contains themed shops that sell an assortment of souvenirs such as baked goods, glasswork, and flowers. The best time of the year to visit is during the fall and spring as nearby Lake Kinrin makes for a stunning scenic stopover.
