This clock was designed around 1887 and was officially retired sometime around World War II.
At some point, a watchmaker was hired to do a full restoration and its mechanical internals are now on display inside the county office. There is also a memorial statue right outside to honor county residents that died during WWI and WWII.

County office hours:
Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm.
Park on the south side of the building and enter through the main entrance at the top of the stairs. The clock is ahead on the right behind the elevator.
