The legend of Tre Sorelle is a captivating folk tale that originates from the Bay of Kotor region in Montenegro. The legend of the three sisters lives on in the Tre Sorelle Palace, a medieval building constructed in the 15th century. It's believed to have once been the summer home of the noble Buca family of merchants from Kotor.
The palace, with its three identical Gothic windows, has been the subject of study and fascination for many contemporary authors, who explored both the legend and the architectural significance of the building.
