I am a civil engineer and have worked for the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission for the past 35 years in financing municipal construction projects in the area of drinking water. At present my Ecuadoran wife and I live in Maumelle across the Arkansas River from Little Rock, Arkansas. We have one son. I obtained my B.S. Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University at College Station.
