Anna Mindess
I've written about food, culture and travel for the Washington Post, AFAR, Lonely Planet, Fodor's, KQED, The Los Angeles Times, and many other publications, often with a focus on immigrant-owned restaurants. I also work as an American Sign Language interpreter and hold an MA in Language and Culture. Intertwining these two careers, I've visited and written about Deaf-owned restaurants in Paris, Taipei and Beijing.
