I'm a professional writer, editor, video and filmmaker of long experience publishing in national media, grounded in some fifteen years as a staff writer and editor at National Geographic magazine, followed by writing and co-producing natural history films for Nat Geo TV. Wilderness, wildlife, indigenous peoples, wetlands, the North American Arctic and African habitats have been my principle areas of interest and expertise, while throwing a broad net of attention to stories of human and natural history. My goal is to work with NGO's, media outlets, universities and professors and researchers here, Rocky Mountain Front Range scientific labs, museums and other institutions to add value to what they do through my writing, and reaching as wide a readership and followers of podcasts with their messages and news as possible.
